FS: Fireblade 919 engine package x 2 + extras

Due to an impending engine upgrade i hav ethe following stuff for sale. Would be willing to split various things if the offer was right.

2 x Honda Fireblade 919 RRX 1998 engine (last of the carbs)

Both of these engines were new crated engines, bought specifically to install and race in the Fury

Package 1:-
Full package currently fitted to car and completed approx 1.5 seasons since last refresh.
Engine, inc

  1. Carbs
  2. Loom
  3. ECU
  4. Coils

AB performance Airbox
AB performance billet sump
AB performance sump baffle
AB performance Tuned exhaust header
AB performance exhaust can (inc chamber for CAT)
Oil cooler sandwich plate
Prop adaptor
Gear change bracket and cable (as supplied with AB performance gear change kit)

The engine runs sweet, i achieved class pole and recorded the fastest lap in class last weekend, so shows the engine is still pulling strong.

looking for £1000

Package 2:-
Engine, inc

  1. carbs
  2. ECU
  3. loom
  4. coil
  5. standard sump
  6. standard airbox

The loom, coils, airbox etc is all non modified as taken from the bike
There is also a full set of gears and shafts for the gearbox which is included

looking for around £600 for this. Its the spare engine so not in car

Also for sale

AB performance electric reverse, inc prop gear. £100

Or take the lot for £1500

I'm sue there are some other bits, which i will find when cleaning out the garage, i know i have a few gasket sets that can go with the sale

UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall.
TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.

two more questions?

Are you willing to ship the engine, or is it collection only?

Why are you changing engines?

I am interested in the 1st package, just need to work on SWIMBO a bit.

Cheers

happy to ship.

Only changing due to class structure changes within RGB, class C (carb blades) is being put in with class F (front engine upto 1000cc pre 2008 engines), so to be anywhere near competitive i need a later injection engine. The blade is not slow by any means, but just cant live with the latest screamers, although i question if any engine on this planet can ever be as bomb proof as the carbed blade.
