FS 1997 pinto 205 Block 2.0 with twin webers + 4 speed box. Running.

My mate who helps with my build is replacing his engine out of his cortina he is restoring. Hense the sale.

(he has got a v8 for it now.)

thought maybe someone on here is interested.

Give him a call if you have interest. He is looking for £400 for it.

pinto engine it is a 1997cc 205 block from a granada it has the big valves!

it has got on twin 40 webers which cost me quite a lot, they were set up for my engineand are in very good condition they come with itg filters.

the engine comes with almost every thing you would need to get going.....ie...starter-alternator-dizzy-radiator-water pipes excluding pipes to heater matrix. you get the gist.

the engine also comes with a four speed box from a 2.0 cortina gt, i also have a type 9 5 speed in very good condition which would be for sale separatley for an extra 50 pounds.

i have had this running today, first time in two years and it ran like a dream altho there is no exhaust fitted, i have uploaded the video onto you tube under pinto startup after 2 years if your interested.

as always this is a bid to buy not to look if you need to look send me an email and you can view no probs.

i will be removing the engine at some point this week and it will have to be removed within a week of end of auction , i need the room for the new engine.

thanks for looking and if there are any questions i will try my best to answer them , please no calls after 8:30 pm as i have kids.

phone no is 07779337246 thanks for looking tony..

Cheers

David.....
