Welder

Wolfweld MIG 135
Taking up garage space, I bought this for a job and it’s now not needed.
It is the standard generic multi rebadged mig welder, sold under many names, and HAD the same fault they all have, namely poor wire feed control.
To fix this I have:
Slung the floppy wire feed sleeving and fitted a Clarke semi rigid sleeve.
Strengthened the wire feed rollers.
Fitted a PWM controller with a separate power supply, the wire feed is now independent of the welder
Transformer and is very smooth.

The welder was used for one job, welding 2.5mm wall tube to 4mm plate, and still has wire left on the original, small, wire spool.
There is a mark on the top; I put the angry grinder on it before it had stopped, otherwise like new.
It can also be used with flux wire.
Despite the name, it is 120amp.

I’m looking for £135 for it, collected.
Can send it by courier, buyer to arrange, but it weighs between 25-35kilos.
Photos in my archive.
