High spec RGV250 with pics
My beloved Suzuki RGV250N – this is a 2 UK owner Japanese specification, much cared for/ garaged and sunny day machine.
Posted Image
NOTE, this picture shows the incorrect exhausts - if the sun is out tomorrow I'll take some new pics.
Brief history
Bought in May 1998, fresh out of a container from Japan, my RGV250N is a Japanese home market model. The differences from the UK model are black
number boards (this is a good thing the UK bike has pink!!), small mirrors, drilled front disc's, 32mm carbs & restricted SAPC. The fairing
had minor cosmetic damage but the bike was incredibly clean with no alloy corrosion and a paltry 6000kms on the clock.
The bike has constantly been upgraded and tidied up with powder coated brackets and replacement bolts and is in very good condition. Being picky I
would give the bodywork maybe 7.5/ 8 out of 10 as is not perfect. But original.
All original mudguards, brackets, rear sets and spare tank will be supplied with the bike.
Upgraded to full power UK spec, current mileage 22,964kms (14,269 miles), currently on SORN.

I like RGV250 they have a manic sound about them, The noise sounds high due to small CC 2-stroke but not to high like scooters and 125cc, tres bon!
Track days ARE the best thing since sliced bread, until I get a supercharger that is!

We delivered one last week to a chap in Leeds, completely standard British trim not JAP import with 3,300 miles on the clock. I daren't tell you
how much it cost . There is a tarted up RG500 round at the shop, loads of GSXR bits fitted and the bloke who brought it in gets about 12 mpg out of
it
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
