Ford HEX hub one end with multi wheel fit other end, not sure what fords it fits but opinions and help welcome, i can take any measurments, colapsable
centre(can be removed) and rubber cover.

Doesn't look Sierra with those projections on the bottom, photo of the other end might help identify it.
