How much is a fireblade 893 engine worth

As the title really.

Been buying bits of an 893 and I've now got a complete and running engine

Non proovable mileage however

Excellent condition with loadsa new parts !

With gear box, clutch, carbs, coils, cdi, rectifier

Pretty much everything needed for an install



Everything included to install and run the engine

Is it an 893, one of the early engines? I can't remember them doing 983 engines.

No, it's not a derogatory answer. If there's someone out there who just happens to need an 893, for whatever reason, then you can explore a sale. A few hundred looks a reasonable goal. If there's no one out there needing one, I guess you simply weigh it in.

If it were a house, or a car type strategy, you would simply put the engine up for sale at some ridiculously optimisticly greedy figure and blame market conditions, as you watched it turn to oxide over the years while it sits around.
