2000 JDM S2000 Engine & Gearbox

58000 miles.

I have had this car since March 2008 where it had done 38000 miles. It has been religiously maintained with engine oil changes every 5000 miles (Castrol edge) and gearbox oil changes every 9000 miles (all of which I have recorded).

Engine has no knocks/rattles and doesn't smoke. Oil usage comes in at ~ 1litre per 4000 miles (It was always checked every 200 miles when warm and topped up at no lower than half way on the dipstick (300ml) and has been like that since I bought the car at 38k).

Gearbox is smooth with no notches/crunches or difficulty shifting. Clutch is original but doesn't slip and doesn't buzz.

JDM engine is the higher power version and JDM ECU has no silly imobiliser. The engine also has less wiring than it EU sibling.

It will also come with the OEM exhaust manifold.

The engine is still in the car so can be verified for mileage (i'll take a video later)

£2500ono

I also have driveshafts, diff and propshaft available separately.

For those who like to relate rocker cover to condition, this isn't the original cover - that one has been pained and has gone away. This one is very nice and has had new seals. Been on the engine for 5000 miles.

A vid for those interested:
