FS: Acer Aspire 5610 Laptop
Hello everyone -
As I write this I already have an interested party so this may be a fruitless exercise!
I have for sale an Acer Aspire 5610 laptop. To be precise it's this model...

Briefly...
Screen size - 15.4 in - 1280 x 800
Processor - Intel Core Duo T2300E - 1.66 GHz
RAM - 1 GB (will take more. Upgraded from standard 512mb)
Hard Drive - 120 GB (3 partitions and upgraded from standard 100G)
Operating System - Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005
Optical Drive - DVD±RW (+R double layer) / DVD-RAM
Graphics - Intel GMA 950
Webcam - Integrated
Wifi
It has useage marks but is in quite good order inside - see photos for more detail.
There are more marks on the lid, but nothing too bad.
Battery is dire and for portability I would recommend it's replaced. Having said that, I use most of my laptops straight off the mains all the
time! I know not ideal but hey...It's not worth throwing money at older technology!!
It would do Windows 7 without too much bother but as the old phrase goes....if it aint broke.....
It has XP media on it and it's fine. Not only that I cloned the original drive when I upgraded it so it still has the original restore partition
on it too so if you really stuff it up - you can just roll it back to the day it was "born" rather than hunting around for a disc and
having to reinstall all your apps!
The webcam turns on during the screensaver and makes you (or what it's seeing) part of the screensaver. Jesus did this make me double take when
I first noticed! Does look cool though...
I will post it in a laptop suitable box or you can collect from me at home (Salisbury)
I'll undercut Acer's site there by a pound....£507 please! 
Seriously though, owing to the battery I would like £65 for this posted please?
