Gauging interest in my 1.6 RS Turbo Locost project...

So it looks like it's time to sell the Seven project. I want another bike and I haven't really done anything with it in the past year so It's time for somebody else to have a go I think.

I'm just gauging interest in it at the moment, but if anybody wants to make me an offer on it then please feel free.

Basically I bought the entire package off of somebody a couple years ago, stripped it down from its semi-built state to get the chassis powder coated and then never did. I have since purchased other kit cars and bikes which fulfil my requirements and its just sitting there.

From what I can remember it comes with:

1 x Chassis
1 x Rear axel
1 x Differential
1 x Type 9 Gearbox
1 x 1.6 CVH engine from an RS turbo
1 x Turbo Charger
2 x rear wheel arches
4 x wheels, they come with tyres but none are road legal
1 x steering rack
1 x removable steering wheel
1 x stainless fuel tank
1 x RS turbo wiring loom
1 x shortened prop shaft
1 x shortened RS turbo plenum (so it fits under the bonnet)
1 x radiator
1 x intercooler
4 x adjustable shocks
4 x front wishbones
8 x Bosch injectors (a full spare set)
1 x Engine gasket set

Theres also some brake callipers and drums, some brake line, a selection of other parts as well. I can probably get a full list this week if anybody is interested. It's not a complete kit by any stretch of the imagination but its certainly more then enough to get you started. Here are some pictures:

Thats how it was when I collected it.

Those pictures are the closest I have to how it currently sits, in reality it's got everything removed from the chassis and is sitting in my lockup. I'd like it gone, I'm not in any huge rush to get rid of it but I would like the space back in my lockup.

I'm not really sure how much it's worth in the current market but ideally I'd like £1k for it. Offers considered.

It would need to be collected from near Leighton Buzzard in a van. If nobody is interested around this price I could probably re-assemble it if that would sweeten the deal, but in my opinion having it in this state has saved some work for you when you want to powder coat the chassis

Feel free to PM me with any questions you may have.
