depends on the size of your chassis's diff mounts...

some chassis are made wide enough to fit either type (using bigger spacers for the 7" diffs) other chassis may need a bit of work to make the bigger diff fit

the driveshafts may be ok (you'd need to check the lengths anyway) but it really depends on the type of flanges that are fitted to the diff
your current 7" diff should have the 100mm CV joints - the 7.5" can be the same, but Sierra Cossie ones had larger 108mm ones

So I think I would need new mounts going from 7" to 7.5 " ? Unfortunately I cant find anybody who manufactures them. Does anybody have any ideas ?

Only diff is 7" u need long bolt and nut and bolt to attach and on the 7.5" u can just use short bolt as the end is threaded

Craig your confused!

Most cars don't use a cradle system like yours to hold the diff, the chassis is built for a certain size diff.

so if the chassis is built for a 7 inch diff a 7.5 inch diff will be half an inch to wide to fit between the mounts, so it won't fit without chassis mods (ie cutting off existing mounts and welding in new ones)

If a chassis is built for 7.5 inch diff its easy, you just use spacers to allow a 7 inch diff to be bolted up correctly.

^^ what you say is true, but eh width of the mounts isn't exactly 7" or 7.5" - those numbers only really refer to the size of the crown wheel inside and its more of a coincidence that the mounts widths are approximately the same give or take a few mm
(ie don't go chopping exactly ½" off the mounts and expect it to fit)

didnt have to as front craddle has pre drilled running holes to allow small movement too forwards or backwards

^^ most chassis are quite a lot different to yours

the dax rush ones are integral to the chassis with enough room for 7.5" or 7" diffs and don't use the rear mount

the mk indy is like this:

the mnr vortx is like this:

and so on....

99% of people on here know that, we weren't talking about someone cutting up a diff, just trying to explain in a easy to understand way why a 7.5inch diff wont fit in a chassis built to take a 7 inch diff.

My chassis in the pic above, built for a 7 inch diff so would need new mounts welding in to take a 7.5 inch diff.
