wider nosecone
Does anyone know of a supplier who can supply nosecone, scuttle for the Mscorley chasis design, same as Locost but 4 inches wider. I am aware that GTS
can supply these but a little sceptical after reading some of the threads and since they dont respond when emailed with question abot their products

There are a lot of things said (and a Damn sight more thought!) about Darren and GTS, but I have a feeling that if you struck up a good deal with him
and asked him to supply X-PARTS by X-DATE for X-POUNDS, he would probably be ok.
Having said all that I've not bought a single thing from the bloke...

its not very hard to widen a standard nosecone, should take about 2 night and 20 quids worth of materials. there has been various threads on how to do
it.
well I'm avoiding the whole GTS thing cos I know where that's going...

try grinding some material from the other side that you layed the first time and then glass it up, that should stop it cracking. Glass fiber hates
sharp joints.

mine is deffo wider at the front by 4 inches as I widenened it from the Book dimensions and a standard cone definitely doesn't fit
