A 6mm perception sensor for a Caerbont/Smiths Telemetrix speedo

Just snapped the one on the car clean in half.

If you don't have one for sale, do you know where i can get one, the Caerbont site is not very helpfull and Europa want £44 + vat and delivery OUCH

Is it a 3 wire type inductive sensor?
If so RS components sell there own brand sensor for about £20.

2 wire perception, looks like 30mm of 6mm threaded rod
