Looking for either one to buy or someone able to shorten my blacktop sump and pickup please?

Dead easy to shorten the Blacktop tin bit.. not got a welder??

It's out of action at the moment after I got a big trigger happy. Plus on the engine I'm happier to pay for a few bits and bobs as I want to get some other things done with limited time.

Don't fancy spending a load of money on a made jobbie if avoidable.
