dn't suppose anyone is throwing away a dipstick? if so, could I have for cost of postage?

needs to fit inside the tube for crossflow but I expect most dipsticks will.

I found that the max mark on my dispstick was too high when comparedto 1300 engine - that would expalin why almost all the oil I toped up ended up in the catch can!!! That was bone dry with the 1300 engine.

I am getting a bit of oil loss through the dipstick tube hence looking to fit an extnesion tube thuse need a longer dipstick - if I am stuck , a piece of thick wire will work.

Also loosing oiul out the top via the tiny ickle hole in the acap for the alloy rocker cover
