Piece of 2 or 3 mil ally plate wanted about 250mm x 100mm....

Can it be thicker than that?

It could be, marginally, I need to put a 90 degree bend lengthways, its for an under dash extension for the ignition switch on a Jaguar.

My offcut prob won't be suitable then, it's only 5mm so not that much thicker, but it is very hard - sorry mate...
