Wtd old orange SIM card PAYG

Hi Folks, I need an old orange PAYG SIM card (which works) from before 3G came out.

I want to use my old fashioned Brick but it won't accept 3G SIM cards. I have a new Orange SIM with £5 credit on it to swap if anyone can help out?

i doubt that will work they turned off the analogue network ages ago

orange never made analogue phones.

he - it was one of the very first digital phones with a SIM card I bought new from orange when they first came out. I had it working a couple of years ago. I just used to put my normal SIM in it and it worked but that was before 3G came out.

Should still work, I would suspect the phone is dead.

Well I thought that however a bit of research on the web suggests that this might not be the case

I'll send one to you if you want ^_^ (i've been in ramsgate for 3 weeks looking after a relative so I've not looked any more into my old nokias since), they didn't work with my 2140 (which is locked to orange) but vodafone and cellnet were selectable when I manually search for networks

so getting hold of a vodafone PAYG sim is next on my list...

The 2140 fits in pockets okay (middle phone in pic) but the 9000i is pushing it

thanks Ben I might just have found a SIM now - I'll let you know next week.

I also have one of these - but I don't have a charger for it - yet.
