WANTED.. 1 x 50mm harness eyebolt.. please :)
FFTS - 9/2/10 at 04:46 PM

Hi just bought 12 eyebolts from a dealer on Ebay and one is a badly cut thread. When I left POSITIVE feedback for him my drop down list of previous comments had one that was for a past purchase from another trader that said greta product and price.. slow delivery. Unfortunately I selected this one from the list and didnt realise until he messaged me asking why I had said it was slow
I appologised and explained but he wasnt happy. I dont think he's about to replace the eyebolt so,,

Does anyone have one odd 50mm one knocking around they would kindly donate to me please?

Chris

Try www.rallydesign.co.uk - ref RD7327 - something like £1.50 +P&P.

phone them, and don't order on the website.
web order post = £8-9
on the phone, its cost of stamps normally

If the first one has a bad thread I'd be worried about using the other ones for a harness. There is a quality problem, not worth the risk IMHO, get some from a reputable distributor..

I got an unused 50mm one you can have (just checked in the garage I've got about 8 of them in different sizes, I must be ordering stuff in my sleep!!!).

I'm also the Nigerian Finance Minister, send £10 million, it's yours, cheap at the price.

PS
I'm not actually the Nigerian Finance Minister you can have it free

(of course if you'd rather send me £10 million, don't let me stop you)

Very kind offer of you and just as well you did as I have checked my database and found that you are the lost winner of the Etheopian lottery. Please give me your bank details and I'll send your prize of a Giliian butamattes.

U2U sent with address for the bolt,

Chris

Be on it's way tomorrow Chris, the cost to you is a quid (or two) in the tin next time you see a Help for Heroes collection

Consider it done.. Thanks

Yes Jo getting out was easy, It was just balancing around the bends that was fun

With hindsight, welding a nut on the back of the tunnel plates would have made more sense. Once one is in and tightened up, I have to figure out how I'm supposed to get the nut on the back of the other eyebolt behind the panel. I may have to areldite it or something I guess.

Thanks for all the help yesterday.. Its true what everyone says about you on here.. haha
