Wanted bonnet for a locost, had a hole for my k& n before going to bike carbs and cut a hole for the new filters to come through, but it leaves a hole near the carb cut out and looks a bit naff.
I have a scoop but not sure on that.
So thought i would ask first before i make a new one.

its a ali bonnet with the original hole and a big hole for the new filters.
Just thinking i could make a rat catcher scoop!

I have got a fibreglass scoop you can have Keith,if you want it.

Depending where it is you might be able to make a neat patch. Here's my effort after I changed from "over the rail" exhaust headers

Is more cooling going to be a bad thing? Can you not put some mesh in behind the hole and glue or rivet it on? I think that looks very cool, and is what I'm going to be doing as a next winter project. It will probably turn into a late spring one though!
