As above looking for ford 4 stud 108mm pcd wheels with 2.5" (63.5mm) center bore.

Offset on the 8.5" wide wheels must be +1.5" (38mm) plus or minus 5mm (that is a backset of 5.75" plus or minus 0.25" ) and the 12" wide wheels can have pretty well any negative offset and be 1" wider or narrower.
