If I can't find a way of draining my old oil out it may be just as easy for me to replace the current sump if I can find a nice cheap one??
Has anyone got an old sump sitting in the garage that is just getting in your way
If so let me know how much dosh I need to send you...

Yep all sorted... WOW this has got to be the best forum I've ever been on. So quick in getting a reply..
Cheers ALL..
Just waiting to send the funds over and will get the old sump off at the weekend
Glad you're sorted but as you still have to drain the oil to remove the sump, I reckon the best way is as I mentioned in the other thread. Then
once you've done the mod, you'll have a spare modified sump to either keep or sell on

Phil; I'm sure in time(!?!?!?!) I will drill/mod my old sump and clean it up ready for re-sale..
