WTD Mild steel tube

Anyone have any mild steel tube kicking about?

I need:
4" by about 400mm
3" by about 400mm
2.5" by around 600mm-1000mm

my local fabs and steel places dont have such offcuts.

400-1000 isnt really offcuts!

I got some tube from these chaps http://stores.ebay.co.uk/bejengineering , email them with your requirements and they'l do good postage discount

What wall thickness? I have some stuff with 4 or 5mm wall but the price of posting it will be more than its worth!

Was after some quite thin stuff really. 2.5mm tops. Need to do quite a bit of work on the tubes and if its too thick its going to destroy me.

I spotted bej earlier.. will have to see what sort of deal they can do me.

They sent me a 38x1000mm tube, and 3 average size 5mm plates for £7 postage, which was a less than they quoted on ebay for the tube alone. Then, they refunded me another £1something when they weighed it up as it came to less than id paid!

Nice, always good to hear that companies (especially on ebay) actually care enough to do that sort of thing
