Been waiting 3-weeks for mine from RD. Don't know what's going on there as they are usually really good but they've been effing useless with this order - no response to e-mails, 20mins on hold, no call back as promised. I'd give my order to CBS in future.

I'm surprised your having issues with RD, I've been using them for many years and no had a problem, I've even returned goods 3 months later than I should with no problem. Someone must be having a bad day/week or your order got lost. CBS are way overpriced on some of their stuff, and then cheap on others.

I'll give RD a call, every online Order I've made always either gets lost or takes twice as long!
