As above, I'm an idiot and broke my phone today, screen has gone. Its 150 to repair with non genuine bits so am on the hunt for another one. I know there's loads on ebay but wondered if anyone on here happened to have one.

I've only been using my 10 year old samsung for 4 hours and I allready feel lost! having to use a computer for email, whatever next!

If you have it, check your house insurance for accidental damage, mine is £100 excess and I've had both my Tablet and my Phone repaired over the last 2 years. Also I had a replacement Tablet within 5 working days.

I smashed mine within a week of getting it. does your bank account have phone insurance? Halifax replaced mine for £30 excess, you do normally have to register your phone though.

I've enquired with house insurance and they can repair it for the £100 excess.

Just trying to make up my mind whether its worth claiming or not, I can get a good used one for £220-250 and can sell my broken one for £75-100 on the bay bizzarely. So for the sake of saving £50 I dont think its worth having a claim on my record.
