I've got a welder, the world is my lobster It wouldn't take a lot of work to make something usable. Here's a google image of one type, I've seen others with the bottom of the legs joined together and castors fitted to make them mobile.

You can find them on eBay! Just looked there's 1 on there they are usually called a rotisserie, hope this helps!
