Does anyone know of a supplier for solid aluminium rivets?

I need 10 1/4" dia x 1" long round or flat heads, I can find countersunk, ans steel, but really need aluminium.

Try LAS Aero - just google. Excellent service - and an agent for Aircraft Spruce. At first glance the longest 1/4" rivet they do is 3/4". What on earth are you building with those!!!

1" rivets??

1" you might struggle with that length as the alloy rivet would be under a lot of tension, we use Jo bolts for larger sizes.
