Or someone who can make them.
Gbs only sell as complete weather kit

I have tried them.
They have been out of stock for over 6 months along with the full weather gear. When i rang gbs, they said they have only been getting a few full
weather kits in and they are selling them complete. Not doors alone.
Think they need to change their supplier.

I think it will have to be true locost builders style and make your own. There has been afew on here that have done it with some good results.
If you have the patience and a bit of spare time, make them yourself as mentioned above, just finished a pair for my car - Total cost for 2 doors
£45.

What material did you use for it all. Did you work from a design?

Thanks, the end result uses marine ply, but to start with I used a cardboard template and cut that to fit the rough shape, I then penciled this to
some old off cuts of 3mm MDF which made the final template(stiffer than cardboard and easier to get the shape correct), then copied that to the 6mm
Ply, covered in leatherette (£7.95 per mtr ,1 metre was enough for two doors), 2mm Acrylic perspex for windows( £10 offcut from DIY store), some house
door hinges (£2.35 for two)(modified and shortened) and removable pin fitted to replace the fixed pin that the hinge came with. Tin of contact
adhesive (£9.99) and some cover trim for the edges from ebay at £15 for 4 metres - Total £45.29.
Windows are bonded to inside of doors with Sikaflex, so no screws or fittings seen. I had this already, so add a tube of that to your costs.
Being solid they do not flap about, as reported from folks who run the standard ones, makes one hell of a difference, can now do 60mph without feeling
as if my clothes are being ripped off. Even manged the true test - light a cigarette at 30mph, lol lol....
Next project is the soft top...... Watch this space, lol...

nuisance...must be an issue with this site as others don't do that - oh well...
No my doors do not fold, I never designed them to, I did consider this but I have nowhere to store them inside the car, its a narrow westy so not much
spare room for anything if carrying passengers as well and no room behind the seats as they are hard against the bulkhead.. The edging trim is just
the rubber U channel you get for covering sharp edges up, think of it as a door seal without the big O section fastened to it.

Just remembered what I wrote in the first draft...
Having driven for around 20 miles with the doors on, it will have to be a dam hot day for me to run without them, and I dont think that happens very
often these days...lol. It also keeps the inside of the car much cleaner, something I was moaning about some months ago when I mentioned mud
flaps...
