im after an impreza td04 mild steel downpipe or just the flange for an mx5 turbo project

Maybe widen your search unless it needs to be impreza.

High power VAG used the K04 KKK turbos. Or get a plate laser cut. It would cost less than a manifold.

iv already got the rest of the parts im just struggling to find the flange to make an impreza to mx5 down pipe , the turbo's only go for around £50 off fleabay
