Marlin Roadster
Gemini - 10/10/13 at 08:40 PM

Hi all

I am looking for a Marina based Marlin Rodster for rebuilding for classic trialing. It must be correctly registered.

Does anyone know of any that have been laid up?

Thanks

Dave

Contact the owners club - Danny Nelson seems to know of any for sale.

Where are you based?

I know of a decent looking one which has stood for a couple of years but very tidy near Durham.

Useful info on buying and preparing a Marlin for classic trials: http://www.wheelspin.info/sectionbegins/index.htm

Have you joined the Association of Classic Trials Clubs and posted a wanted ad in their magazine? Also a message via Michael Leete's website: www.classictrials.co.uk

I guess many cars are in SW England.

How is the Autotune Gemini build going?

Cheers
Mike

Thanks for the info Mike.

I havent joined as yet, I do sporting trials as well so am a member of a few clubs. I havent seen www.classictrials.co.uk, so will go and have a look.

Gemini has been on the road for acouple of years now and very nice. Next job is to change to a LSD diff, i am told that this makes it quite a bit different by a friend of mine who also has one. Went to Nurburgring earlier this year, had a great trip.
