Cheapish Bike Engine wanted

Hi All
Like the title says I'm looking for a fairly inexpensive bike engine for a new project. It doesn't have to be the most powerful or modern lump just a nice reliable cost effective lump. Any suggestions?

My tiger has cbr900 engines cost under £400 with loom etc then when it dies I buy another normally for under £300

5jj r1 motor is good. But I'm biased as I've had 2 now
