Got a couple of 5 speed gear levers , must admit I thought the type 9 was only a 5 speed. Rusty

I saw one on ebay a few days ago... I believe the 5 speed one fits!

Don't suppose you have a spare 4speed type 9 do you as I'm trying to track one down!
