seat runners

Has anyone got a set of runners they dont want. A fail point on my SVA was that there was little room for the tester to get his legs in the car to test the brakes. My original dash was too low and this along with the fixed seat made it difficult for him to operate the controls. I have fitted the column height at its highest position and think i may solve the problem with a set of runners.
i also have a smaller omp steering wheel to fit but dont have a collapsible boss for it so was going to fit after the SVA retest.

Get to your local scrappy and get some seat runners from an early Metro...

Both my cars use those.... they add an inch to the seat height and weigh very little

Oh, and dont pay more than £10 per seat!

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

The car has to be capable of being driven by anyone for the purpose of the SVA test not just myself.

Beware of the Goldfish in the tulip mines. The ONLY defence against them is smoking peanut butter sandwiches.
