Wtd: Ford crankshaft pulley and/or 36-1 wheel

Having got carried away and bought a megajolt i need to sort the other bits i havnt got (have edis/coil/vr etc) so im angling after a front pulley to suit a cvh.

The current one it the (nice and light) pressed steel one. But theres not much to machine, and its a but bend too so a more solid one sounds the best route.

Anything considered.

A CVH 1.8 one has a toothed wheel on it, but they are heavy. A Zetec one should fit.

I welded toothed wheel onto my Zetec front pulley.

Yeah, everyone keeps mentioning the 1.8cvh pulley but ive yet to find any or even a photo.
- Dont know how well then lend themselfs to having some material machined off them? Single V-belt?

As you say, otherwise somthink off a zetec or simular, and a toothed wheel from somewhere and job done.
