can you not make your own manifold?
just because you are a character, doesnt mean you have character....
for all your bespoke parts, ali welding, waterjet, laser, folding, turning, milling, composite work, spraying, anodising and cad drawing....
u2u me for details

heads a stock EFI but with bronze guides, 3 angle valve seats and a little skimmed off
just got a piper 285 cam for now
the bottom ends bored out to 93mm with forged pistons, cossie crank/con rods, steel flywheel - all ballanced and good for 9k+ rpm (the head will limit
that for now)
and I'll be running all that on ZX9R carbs + megajolt - so it shouldn't be far off the spec of your before your EFI upgrade
might do some porting / big valves / lumpy cam..... later on once its been on the road a while
(I guess EFI is an option - but I still like carbs better )
...or I could swap to an NA cossie head
but I'd need new pistons for that to keep the CR up, new manifolds and the heads arn't cheap either so that'll have to wait

Can't weld im afraid i would quite like one that will be matched up to the throttle bodies and to the head but imagine this would cost me a
pretty penny or two!
Rob, what engine setup run running, i know its pinto but what spec? or are you going to decide to go cosworth?

stock head, 42mm inlets and 36.1 exhausts on a EFI head?
i bet that will change before the end of the year!
my prediction: full EFI set up with OMEX or Jenveys! Full race spec head with big valves, major porting and VERY LUMPY Cam ,My crystal ball is
misting up now, i'd better put it away

I doubt it, I've got the head done now - my plans don't change much once I've got the bits

Knock the 1 off the front and you might be in the ball park
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
