electronic ignition
anyone out there selling an electronic ign. setup.It is for a series 1 landrover, but I am sure others could be adapted

Megajolt will be the cheapest.
Autosportslabs.com has all the details nof how to build and install and i belive there is a guy on the site who has fitted one and has a map for a
series 1 landy

If you are needing a positive earth electronic ignition then have a look at the Aldon (Pertronix) Ignitor system.
It fits inside the dizzy.
I've used them on several of my Mini engines.

I am NOT 100% sure, but I am sure I remember the lads on the UK-LRO mailing list using the electronic Dizzy of a Metro or similar.
Evidently is a good substitute.
You need to check this out if you persue that line.
Either that or put on a Megajolt.
EDIT:
As for the Positive Earth Electrics, I would convert to Neg Earth. Easy if you have a dynamo.
It depends on how original you want to be. but them electronic ignition isnt very original either

I have a megajolt that will probably be up for grabs end of march as I am going to megasquirt
