who would like to make this for me?

just need a small block of ali made drilled and tapped for a temp gauge sender and fan switch.

gauge is 1/8" npt
fan switch is probably going to be M22 x 1.5 ? does that sound about right?

its to be welded to a 35mm o.d ali tube.

someone posted a link to a place doing these sorts of things, but i'd quite like if they were made out of one rectangular block of ali, and would rather give my pennies to someone on here?

anyone like to give it a shot for me?

i know. i'd rather have them in one block. just looks a bit neater than individual ones i think.

checked ebay before, couldn't find much.
can get them here too right enough

don't like it when they don't give prices. just thought someone on here might like the money for it instead

Hmm, as it goes I have an 1/8 tap... but no 22mm job!

Unsure how far to screw the tap though.

yes, those taps are bloody expensive, especially for a one off.

you can buy radiator switches in M18 x 1.5; you can get a set of taps for a tenner.
