6mm bolt, a washer (large-ish if possible) and then the end off of an air-line coupling (female) cut to the right length (as a sleeve, I think you can just get two, if you are VERY careful, out of one air-line end IIRC).

Edit bit

How do I know, I've dropped/lost one on a saturday/sunday when I've wanted to finish a rebuild/install and everywhere else is shut. In those days I even used to keep the broken ends of the bayonet airline fittings. Oh and I would even replace the damaged/spit rubber grommets with small wiring grommets.

Beware of the Goldfish in the tulip mines. The ONLY defence against them is smoking peanut butter sandwiches.

If I say £10 for a pair posted - pretty sure there are only two - then someone is bound to come along with a free pair - however if they dont you can always come back with a counter offer of sufficient value to make it worth my while digging through the "special" bolts box to find them. I know they are there amongst the funny rocker cover washers and bolts etc.
