exhaust pipe bends wanted - odd size

Can anyone supply exhaust bends to odd sizes?

Could a 42mm 180 deg bend be flared/stretched on one end to slot over a 2.5" pipe?

Is this possible?

you can get odd sized parts made but they wont be as cheep as standard ones

I could get an adaptor, but i was trying to keep joints to a minimum, less chance of leaks, a bit neater etc.

To Stuart, I will keep you in mind if i need the 90 bend thank you

No way could 42mm be stretched to fit over 2.5" you're talking about increasing the ID from 39m to 64mm (approx. sizes)

Are you making a system from scratch or modifying one?

^ Correct, but you could get 64mm swaged down to the required inside diameter.

Not cheap, but eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace would make you one, look at the left hand fitting.
