1.8 Silvertop Zetec - Inlet Gasket

Good evening all,

I'm looking for an inlet gasket for my 1.8 silvertop zetec engine, recently got my aluminium inlet manifold and ZX6R carbs + pipercross sausage filter so I'm looking to finish off the inlet system.

Cheers

I had a look at those but it is £10 postage for a £6 gasket.

Used to make inlet gaskets out of cereal boxes, smeared with a bit of grease (truly locost)

For a slightly high-end version, use cereal boxes, but smear with gasket sealant. Let it set slightly before bolting up.

Never had one leak, and cheap (free) enough to replace every time you take the manifold off.

I've got one of those steel ones with the rubber edges in the garage. Unused and it's yours if you want it. Don't think we're very far apart.

Like the others said, get some gasket paper of Ebay. I bought a roll of the stuff for about a tenner and have made several gaskets.
