You could use a small wheel with the tyre removed.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

I've a Picador 2 3 4 5 inch stepped pulley, the hole will need machining and the pulley is straight from cating so will need a light machine all over to remove the fash.

You can have it for the postage cost, if its any good to you?

Cant machine anything or weld for that matter, i need a part where all it needs is cutting, filing, grinding or bolting in place.

here is the car as is.... I either need one pulley or replace both.

I've used these several times for bearings etc. Very good and usually next day delivery.

How about this?

RDGTOOLS ALUMINIUM 4 STEP V PULLEY WITH A 20MM BORE | eBay

Fit one on the motor and another on the axle the opposite way round to get optimum gear ratios?

Perfect apart from the price, it's a 1/5 locost so I expect 1/5 locost prices. 5er max.
