'Fuel Injection' by Jeff Hartman

Does anyone have a copy of the book Fuel Injection, by Jeff Hartman for sale?

Or, anyone with one, copy me the item on page 131 about fuel injecting the XK Jaguar engine, and in particular the details of the conversion flange for XJ6 manifold on E Type.
