Blacktop IAT sensor
Hello,
I need an IAT sensor for a Zetec Blacktop. I have one for a silver top but it does not fit the GBS Zetec plenum (it's too large) that I am using
on my build.

The blacktop one does not fit either, I and running a blacktop with standard ecu and have the ait sensor taped up between the injuectors. The temp of
the air there will be the same as infront of the throttle body, it runs perfectly. I just blanked off the whole in the gbs plenham.

The Black top IAT is built into the mass air flow meter there are different ones depending on age and model.
What size is the hole on the plenum ?

Well, it transpires that it's an M12 and GBS don't sell them..... The sensor is for sale on the Emerald website but I've found one
on eBay for £14 delivered so that's what I shall be ordering.....
Always biting off more than I can chew.....
