2 Litre Pinto Engine Wanted
Hi,
A friend is looking for a 2-litre Pinto Engine which he is aiming to convert for a rally car. He said condition is unimportant but he does really
need a petrol injection unit rather than a carburetted type.
I know virtually nothing about Pinto engines but wondered if anyone had something knocking around from an old Sierra.
He lives close to me in Devon so something in this direction would be ideal although I'm sure he could collect from further afield if
necessary.
Many thanks,
John.

The key advantages of the injection versions are the better rods that can take a few more revs and the injection head which has better flow due to
raised ports and smooth inlet shortside turn
It just makes building a powerful Pinto that bit easier
