WTD Early Westfield IRS Diff Housing
Bit unlikely I suspect but has anyone got one of the early Westfield irs diff housings (the type an Escort diff bolts into) lying around that they
want to get rid off?

Ooo - those are good - it's a shame that no-one makes those any more! I'm sure it would make the search for BEC friendly ratios for
example a lot easier, Bulk buy anyone?
Sorry, I've not helped your request there have I?

I think you're confusing the actual diff and the axle casing it bolts into for use on an Escort The Westfield housing just uses the diff and
it means you can have irs (or de dion) with a 4:1/4:4 (or 3:54) etc diff ratio without having to sell your children to afford it!
Anyway - hands off - if anyone does have one I'm 1st in the queue

Hi Dave they are just a copy of the Lotus items. There are companies that reproduce them for the Lotus market.
Cheers matt

Ah ha - top tip there Mr Gilmour!
A very nice man from America is posting me something diff cover shaped with Lotus stamped on it in exchange for a ridiculously small amount of money
thanks to the current exchange rate

Dave / Matt
Are they an exact copy of the Elan diff housing? I'm looking for a diff for my 26R and know of at least one old style Westfield/ English diff
casing that I can acquire!
