Looking on the web its referred to as a - Capri release bearing QH CCT133

In that case call this guy, he’s been great and got me some very hard to get parts

If its the same as one for a Sierra, pinto/type 9, then I happen to have a brand spanking new never been fitted spare one from an LUK clutch kit ( LUK 622017506).
This could be purchased from me for about £10.
