WTD: R1 (5PW) oil cooler bolt

I've just about managed to pick up the other bits I needed however this is still outstanding.

So this is the big bolt that passes through the centre of the oil/water heat exchanger. It is specific to the 5PW I think as the earlier 5JJ and definitely 4XV are different

Let me know if you can't get one - I've got a mate who's got a bike shop so I'm sure we can get one.

Barkalar,

I assume this would be a new part rather than used?

New prices on certain things like this are just plain daft.

I did have someone on here with one but we didn't really get the point of doing a deal (think he works away a lot)

Yes it will be a new part.
Ill have a chat with him in the morning and ill see how much it is.

I've got a list of about 30 breakers if you fancy a ring round?
I rang loads when I was looking for some 5PW clocks and added them to a spreadsheet so I didn't repeat myself (Geek Alert!!) - are these any good?

Sent you the spreadsheet.

No, sorry, just phone numbers - some of them have a website but they're not up to date - phone is the best way to contact

I've got a spare oil cooler bolt you could have. Just replaced it this afternoon with a new one that I had drilled and tapped for a oil pressure gauge fitting.

It's a little bit rusty but not as bad as I thought it was before I took it off.

I can get a pic of it for u tomorrow if your interested?

Barkalarr, how much did you pay for r1 clocks? I might be looking for a set shortly so would be good to know a guide price.

johnny chimpo - I reckon you're looking at about £150. If you look on the bay, they're anything up to £250 !!
I managed to get mine for £120 from a scrappy in North London

You might be in luck though.... send a u2u to welderman

He's got a set which I tested for him at the end of last year - he wanted them tested before he sold them - he might still have them.
