Wtd- 2 clevis pins and 2 R-clips to match

I am after two clevis pins to fit a rover handbrake cable at the caliper end.
They need to be 6mm dia max (not 1/4" must be metric) and 15mm between the head and the clip hole.
I've tried all of my local shops and ebay but most carry imperial sizes.
Cheers Martin

how about a long 6 mm bolt, cut of the threaded part and drill small hole? if you want to get fancy, stick in drill press and file head to make it circular?

I would prefer the correct clip but as a last resort that sounds like a good option.
