Wtd: 14" dampers

The westfeild failed its MOT on leaking dampers. And in fairness, they are shot.

Ive been considering both a pair of Protechs from procomp (£89 each) or a pair of cheaper steel Gaz's (£55 each) new.

However if someone has something part-used that might fit the bill i would be interested.

Eather to keep, or anything at all cheap so as to have somthing to have something to put through the MOT before my partial retest runs out.

(im in loughborough atm, midlands)

How long do you need them for (or what i'm saying is, how quickly can you turn them around if I lent you a pair)

Errm - just edited as i've realised i don't have standard westfield bushes in mine - what size bushes are you using?

If borrowing a pair for the MOT i should be able to turn it round basicaly in the day and would only need one for the failed side. (mot testers words not mine)

I believe the bolts that pass through the bushes are 7/16" UNF as, rather horrably, i ended up using a 16mm socket with an aj to undo them)

Have now secured the borrowing of a damper, which i will use to pass the MOT within the retest time before replacing the pair with new ones as so as the arrive.
