WTD: Broken Fiesta Radiator Fan Switch

Has anyone got a broken fiesta fan switch?

Just want something to plug the hole, seems a bit silly buying a brand new one.

The switch that switches on the fan, temperature switch. Screws into the radiator.

Cheers

Possible, but when they only cost about £7 off ebay, i'm not sure its really worth the effort.

Nice idea tho

It'll be a common enough thread used on tons of stuff, if you've got old engines etc lying about have a look over them & something might be the right thing!

I could see that being a 22mm thread like a hydraulic fitting, I know the drain plug from the 4wd dropbox on a FIAT tractor would fit if it is! I'm guessing you're clean out of FIAT tractor drain bungs though?

Some of the older Range Rovers had a plastic bung in the top of the rad which IIRC would do the trick
