Honda Generator Starter
Has anyone got a diagram for a Honda generator recoil starter? The cord on mine broke after the engine kicked back. Now there is no recoil action.
Guess I must have lost a spring somewhere. But where does it fit?
Hope someone can help.
Work-in-Progress: Changed to Zetec + T9. Still trying!!

Bit of a memory test here Dick.
Take the red cover off, thread the chord through the hole in the cover, wind the starter ring round until resistance is felt, reattach the chord with
a knot, refix cover.
Thinks that's - but it was years ago I did mine

As above if my memory serves me right about 4 years since i had to do mine.
