6 rib denso pulley
Anyone got a 6 rib denso alternator pulley? Need to replace my 5 rib one.
15mm bore and ~75mm OD
Or indeed know where I can get one from.
Cheers,
David

Brise, Sbd but when you see the price I think you may want to have a go at turning one up

Lol, I can easily make myself one, but if they were available off the shelf for a few quid it would save me a job this weekend

TBH, material costs arent the problem (about £5 in materials) but its about 3 hours work. May be quicker once I have all the tooling sorted though.
So probs about £35. So all in all its not far off the brise price.
CNC really comes into its own making complex things like poly vee pulleys

Hi Mike,
Might be a tad on the small side unfortunately. I dont really want to knacker the alternator, as the engine's going to be revving higher than
normal anyway
Thanks anyway

I e-mailed some alternator refurbishers on Ebay when I wanted some multi-V pulleys and one kindly sent me some spares for a few beer tokens....
